Neighborhoods and communities in the District include: Sope Creek, East Cobb, Powers Park, Powers Ferry, and the Cumberland Mall area. The District includes the Sope Creek, West Palisades, and Cochran Shoals Units of the Chattahoochee Recreational National Area, in addition to Cobb County’s Terrell Mill Park.
Wheeler High School and the Wheeler Center for Advanced Studies in Science, Math & Technology Magnet School, East Cobb Middle School, and Sope Creek Elementary School are also within the District.
